I am taking this opportunity to wish you all a Happy Christmas, as this will be my last Newsletter of 2021.

3C's Programme

I can’t believe that we are now into Week 6 of my 3C's Programme — if you have subscribed, the Workout, the Self-Care Session, and the Nutrition tips and Recipe will land in your email Inbox on Monday.

Pilates Classes

Week Beginning 20 December

Online Classes

Live classes continue this week till Wednesday, then we break for Christmas — woohoo!!! — but Recorded classes are obviously still available throughout the break — check the jtp.zone for suggested Recorded classes. Live classes return on Tuesday 4 January 2022. Here's the timetable this week:

Monday 8am — Kickstart Your Day — 15mins in Zoom
Monday 12.30pm — Lunch Break Pilates — 30mins in Facebook
Tuesday 9.30am — Morning Movement — 45mins in Zoom
Wednesday 8am — Kickstart Your Day — 15mins in Zoom

As usual, links to join individual Live classes are available for members on the jtp.zone website. Also, all classes are recorded as they are broadcast, and made available soon after for members, on demand — 24/7 — as often as you want — too. So you never need to miss a class!

Face-to-Face Classes

We anticipate that face-to-face classes will return week beginning 10 January 2022.

Obviously — given the current Covid situation — we will take into account any changes as advised by Government regarding our Covid-Secure practice for group exercise, and act accordingly so we can deliver classes in as safe an environment as we possibly can.

We will keep you informed and up to date over the holiday period, and you will be contacted regarding enrolment for classes at the beginning of January 2022.

I don’t want to say too much, so I am sharing this statement which I take several lines from that have become my daily mantra to remind me of my intentions, and which I hope will give everyone a chance to pause and think:
