This week I am sharing a few tips regarding the connection between the gluteals and the quadriceps, for hips and knees.
As with every Exercise Of The Week, be mindful of how movement feels for your own body, work at the appropriate level and keep away from pain.
Work appropriately for your body, keep away from pain, and if you would like more advice, please contact me directly.
As part of having a growth mindset it is important that we stay curious, investigating our own self to find out what affects how we feel,
think and behave.
So this week working on my own mindset, and I am asking myself:
- What am I grateful for in 2021?
- What are my intentions for 2022?
There is much for me to be grateful for in 2021. The kindness I have received from people, including everyone in the JTP family, is the overwhelming thing, for having good people in my life. But I am also grateful for my own health and wellbeing and being able to share so much fun and laughter with my granddaughter.
When thinking about my intentions for 2022, this was harder. Firstly I thought of these words, content, calm, acceptance, here and now, more joy. From these words I started to put some sentences together … my intention is to accept kindness to self without thinking I don’t deserve it, my intention is to remind myself everyday there is always choice, my
intention is to find a calmer more content place to spend time.
These sentences will change and evolve with each day as events and life happen, but to keep showing my gratitude, continue to be curious about my intentions and keep my mindset growing and developing.
So why not take some time out and ask yourself these two questions and see where your answers take you.
Have a great week, and keep moving...
Jane xx
