Hello ,
If you've not already done so, it's not too late to sign up to the 3C’s Programme which starts tomorrow — Monday 15 November. The 3C's Programme brings you 6 whole weeks of Exercise, Self-Care for Mind and Body, along with Nutritional advice (from Jackie Barber of Pure Balance Natural Therapies).
If you are already a jtp.zone member my 3C's Programme is FREE (just reply to this Newsletter to register). If you are not an existing member you can buy this as a one-time purchase at £30 ( information here).
(jtp.zone members who have already requested a place in the 3C's Programme have already been sent an email with details — please check your Junk Mail folders if you haven't seen this in your Inbox.)
Every week throughout the 3C's Programme you will receive in your email Inbox:
- A weekly workout focusing on a specific part of the body
- A Self-Care task to work on your mindset for that week
- A Nutritional and Dietary tip from Jackie
We will also be looking at mindful meditation, and Wendy Gamble — who is a Mindful Meditation Practitioner — will be providing a guided meditation for us. (You may remember the Mindful Meditation course that Wendy did for us last year.)
If you are looking for support and motivation to keep moving and investing time in your self-care then I know my 3C's Programme will help.

As usual, links to join individual Live classes are available for members on the jtp.zone website. Also, all classes are recorded as they are broadcast, and made available soon after for members, on demand — 24/7 — as often as you want — too. So you never need to miss a class!
Face-to-Face Classes
The face-to-face class Calendar is available to view if you click or tap here. Remember the online Catchups system (link below) if you will miss your class, so you can offer your space out to someone else, and book a Catchup space in another class for yourself.
Please also remember that as the temperature drops to take layers of clothes to wear in your face-to-face class, as we are required to keep a circulation of fresh air in our venues for health and safety purposes.
Reformers At Home
There's a new routine available now on the members jtp.zone website this week.
If you haven’t experienced online Pilates classes yet, and you are new to Jane Thomas Pilates, you can have a Free 2-Week Membership.

Start at the ABC
If you have never done Pilates before, or maybe you have done a few sessions in the past but feel ready to start again … then why not try my Absolute Beginners Course?
The Absolute Beginners Course introduces you to the correct techniques and gives you the foundation exercises needed to enable you to take up regular Pilates classes when you feel ready.
At just £60 here’s what’s included:
- 6 Class Videos progressing you through the exercises
- 52-page full colour training manual
- Free online 30 minutes consultation with Jane once completed the 6 sessions
This course allows you to work at your own pace, in the comfort of your own home, and with access to the training videos on demand means you can practice and repeat as often as you want.
Continuing the series of looking at the Principles of Pilates, this week I want to look at Centering.
Centering is all about finding your core, engaging and using your centre to control movement.
Joseph Pilates believed the core to be the powerhouse of our body and all movement was directed from there … a little bit like an orchestra, where the conductor is the centre, directing each section of the orchestra to move with control and precision, working together to produce beautiful music.
Put this together with the principles shared in the last couple of weeks and you are starting to build the foundations for Pilates exercise.
As with every Exercise Of The Week keep away from pain and work at the appropriate level for your body.
A good friend who knows me extremely well sent me this message on Friday morning.
It ties in perfectly with all the work I have been doing on Mindset, and I felt I wanted to share it as it may resonate with some of you as you read this Newsletter today.
Have a great week, and keep moving...
Jane xx
