Do you celebrate Valentine’s Day? We sort of do, and don’t. Keith and I always get each other a card, but rarely would we head out to a fancy restaurant for a meal, or go away for a Valentine’s weekend.
Something that we do is we write in our cards things that we are thankful for that we feel the other has given us. So I thought this year I would send you all a Valentine’s message:
Happy Valentine’s Day!
Thank you for all the love and support you have shown me over the last year — since the last Valentine’s Day in 2021.
You continue to inspire me to be there and teach the best possible Pilates classes I can. Every time I see you all in class, I feel grateful that you want to keep moving and stay active, work on your health and wellbeing, and you are choosing to do that with me.
I want you to have the best, I want to help you to achieve the best, I want to be there to continue to support you in every way I can, because you deserve that.
I promise to work hard to continue to improve because everything I do is aiming to give you the best possible experience.
But most importantly, I want you to show yourselves some love, appreciation, and celebrate you for being you. Treat yourself with kindness, treat yourself with care and attention and gift yourself some Valentine’s love.
HAPPY VALENTINE’S DAY!
