Pilates Classes

Week Beginning 19 September

Face-to-face classes this week run as normal, other than Monday's classes in Quorn of course as it is a Bank Holiday due to the funeral of the Queen. There will be replacement classes for these at the end of term.

Online classes are all Recordings this week, due to our house move.

YOUR WHOLE SELF

This is for everyone who has experienced a loved one dying and in respect for Her Majesty the Queen Elizabeth II, RIP.

Do not stand
By my grave, and weep.
I am not there,
I do not sleep—
I am the thousand winds that blow
I am the diamond glints in snow
I am the sunlight on ripened grain,
I am the gentle, autumn rain.
As you awake with morning’s hush,
I am the swift, up-flinging rush
Of quiet birds in circling flight,
I am the day transcending night.
Do not stand
By my grave, and cry—
I am not there,
I did not die.
