I hope you have had a good week, and you have been able to enjoy the slightly brighter weather as we head into February, the month of Love … more about that in Your Whole Self below.
A quick personal health update
Good news, after investigation there is nothing sinister, and so it is onwards and upwards as I wait to hear test results from biopsies taken. Then I can start any
treatment that is required.
I want to stress how important it is that if you start to experience any issues which don’t feel ‘normal’ to you don’t hesitate to get them checked.
I also want to show my gratitude for the NHS, in my situation they have acted quickly, over the Christmas period, and have been totally supportive and treated me with compassion — I know we may expect this, but considering the strain the NHS is under, this area of care did not feel compromised at
all.
I also want to let everyone who comes to my classes know, how grateful I am for all your kind well wishes, they have made a difference. I want to thank Jenny, who will be covering my face-to-face classes at Quorn until we break for half-term, which gives me
some extra space and time to get my energy levels back.
