week, and it would seem that my online course which starts on Monday 13 November is proving to be very popular.
In case you missed the special email that went out on Thursday last week, Pilates and Your Whole Self is a 6-week course which starts on Monday 13 November, and includes 6 new workouts together with a Workbook that gives you support and guidance on how to live more consciously, not thinking about the before or
the after, but focusing on the during, the here and now.
The workouts make up my Pilates and Self-Care Wheel of Life — 6 different workouts, that will be taught every Monday at 6.30pm, live in Zoom.
The Pilates and Self-Care Workbook has tips and tools to guide you and support you in all areas of self-care for mind, body and soul. This will
be sent to you for you to print off and use throughout the 6 weeks and beyond.
This programme is FREE for all JTP members — ie, those of you who attend face-to-face and online classes.
However it is also available as a standalone course, so if you aren’t currently a participant in JTP classes, you can buy this package for £40 which also includes 1 month access to the regular online timetable, following the end of the 6-week
programme.
All classes will be recorded, so if you can't attend live, you don't have to worry. You will have access to recordings for you to do at a time more suitable for you — at any time, as many times as you want.
