Often when I write and talk about Your Whole Self, I talk about the small changes that you can make to lead you to a better place. Whether that be taking 5 minutes to stand outside in the fresh air and just breath, or going on a hike with a
friend.
It’s all about doing things that will lift your spirits, and give you an opportunity to take a break from what causes you stress, or creating better habits and introducing new routines into your daily life.
An interesting podcast that talks about making a change is Just One Thing with Michael Mosley. It’s from the BBC. In this podcast Michael Mosley discusses one thing that can help with health and wellbeing. Here’s the link to the podcast if you're interested.
