Neal's Yard Remedies orders taken by Jo Round at the fabulous special event last week will be in this week, so I will be delivering to you at your class.

If you aren’t attending your normal class this week, please get in touch quickly and arrange to come and collect from the studio.

Exercise Of The Week
To show the versatility of a Shoulder Bridge, I am sending you this version which provides you strength for the gluteals and hips, as well as mobility of the spine.


As with all the exercises I send, work at the appropriate level for your body.

I mentioned the Catchups system last week, and how to book an alternate class for a class you will miss, by suggesting a number of suggestions that we can offer you a Catchup class in. Remember, if you do not do that, we may not be able to offer a Catchup at all, as many of our classes are fully booked. Please be as flexible as possible, or you may not get a Catchup.


However, another equally important point about the Catchups system is that — even if you do not want a Catchup (and many of you don't) — you should still let us know you will miss a class through the booking system. There is no point in just telling your class instructor you'll miss next week's class, because the Catchups system has nothing to do with your instructor. Our glamorous assistant Karen organises the Catchups and unless she knows (she may be glamorous, but she certainly isn't psychic...), your space in class is wasted and someone who does want a Catchup space is denied one as the result.

Please, please PLEASE just let us know through the official channel (follow the link in the Catchups section below — it's remarkably easy), then someone else who wants one will be able to have their Catchup class.

Book Your Catchup Here...
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, all you need to do is follow this link to book your Catchup

In the form you'll find there, simply tell us which exact class you are going to miss, as well as as many alternatives for Catchups as possible. If you are looking for alternative classes to your own, remember that all our classes are listed on the website, under the Appointments & Classes tab.

Also, we can offer an alternative to matwork Catchups, in that if you have two Catchup classes, you can exchange these for a single Reformer class as your Catchup — if there is space. You need to check this with us first though.

All matwork and Reformer classes are running as planned this week, except that Saturday 28 November Quorn class is in Rosemary Street Medical Centre as — you guessed it — we haven't been able to have Quorn Village Hall again..






Next Week's Classes

Next week — ie, from Monday 30 November onward — all classes (matwork and Reformer) should be running as planned.
