| Hello Everyone
Hi
Thank you to everyone who attended the Neal’s Yard Remedies afternoon at the weekend.
|
I think everyone will agree with me that we had a lovely time learning about some of the products from the brilliant Jo Round,
lucky Suzanne getting a mini-facial… plus an opportunity to treat yourself and others.
Thanks also go to Green's Of Loughborough for the incredible catering — such a delicious spread we all
had.
I love organising these special events and sharing the things that I love with all of you, so thank you and I hope you all enjoyed yourselves.
The next event to look forward to is in January 2016 when I am inviting Philippa Burnett to run a Mindset Workshop for us all. I am very excited about this as I know Philippa really well — she is a great friend of mine.
Philippa
runs a Pilates and Wellbeing Studio in Newark, but runs regular Mindset Workshops and she is bringing one to us in the new year — Saturday 9th January — so get it in your diary now. Like all my events for you, this will be free to clients.
As a follow on to my Knee Strengthening
Programme exercises over the last three weeks, I am showing you Single Leg Circles. This follows nicely as it also works the feeder muscles to the knee joint, but also then looks at mobility of the hip joint and stability for the lower back.
As with all the exercises work at the appropriate level for your body:
Just a quick note about the Catchups system. In general this works extremely well, especially considering the
number of Catchup requests we get each week. Most people get a Catchup without problem, and are very pleased with this ability we offer you, giving everyone the facility whereby no-one has to miss a class if a regular class can't be attended.
However, some of our classes are fully booked, which obviously means that there are no spaces to offer as Catchups for
other people. In such cases it really does help if you suggest a range of alternative classes when you request a Catchup. If you don't suggest alternatives, it may be that — ultimately — we simply cannot offer you a Catchup class at all. We are sure you will all understand our predicament in such cases.
From when I was in my late 20s and early 30s I have regularly read and re-read books by the amazing Maya
Angelou. I have been truly inspired by them so I am sending you a short video of her wise words about the secret to living your best life.
Have a wonderful week — look, move and feel great.

Book Your Catchup Here...
|
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another
class instead, all you need to do is follow this link to book your Catchup
In the form you'll find there, simply tell us which exact class you are going to
miss, as well as as many alternatives for Catchups as possible. If you are looking for alternative classes to your own, remember that all our classes are listed on the website, under the Appointments & Classes tab.
Also, we can offer an alternative to matwork Catchups, in that if you have two Catchup classes, you can exchange these for a single Reformer class as your Catchup — if there is space. You need to check
this with us first though.
