The Jane Thomas Pilates Newsletter
Hello ,

Some nice goodies for you all this week...

First — a reminder for the Mindset Workshop — 9 January at 10am, in Rosebery Street Medical Centre. The workshop is now full, but we just want to remind those of you who have booked a space to attend this Saturday. Bring a pen to make notes.

Other than that, there is a recipe for delicious — yet healthy — chocolate cupcakes (yum, yum),  a great Exercise Of The Week for anyone suffering from too much sitting over the holiday, and something to read to help you make those changes you may be looking for.

.
Have a fantastic week: look, move and feel great!

Healthy Chocolate Cupcakes
A clean recipe for chocolate cup cakes. Sometimes cake is a necessity, and these are as healthy as we can be with chocolate cake, very tasty and clean.

The recipe is attached below.
Exercise Of The Week
If you have been sitting too much over the holiday period, and not as active as usual, it can sometimes result in a return of old body issues like sciatica, so here is an exercise to relieve that pain, and mobilise the sciatic nerve.

Booking A Catchup
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, just follow the link to book it.

Simply tell us the class you will miss and —most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.

Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
