So the first half of this long course of classes is coming to an end this week, as we take a short break from 15th February to 20th February inclusive. It seems to have flown by and
— as instructors — we do need a couple of days to plan and prepare for the second half of the block and to give our minds and bodies a break from teaching. This ensures that we keep our energy levels up so that we can serve you better in your classes and sessions.

These changes are usually due to circumstances beyond our control, as we are at the mercy of venue organisers. When this happens we do always re-schedule these classes, so that you don’t miss out on your
Pilates, but it does mean you have to check our weekly timetable provided at the bottom of this newsletter, and if you are unsure of any classes taking place you can text or email us to confirm.
