Calling all women...

The Jane Thomas Pilates Newsletter
Hello ,

On 8th March it is International Womens Day — so I’m sorry chaps but this week’s newsletter is focusing on all women — mums, grandmothers, sisters, nieces, daughters, granddaughters, all of you lovely women who every day just get on and do your stuff!

A lot of information gets shared with me from those who attend our classes, and I always feel amazed, surprised, humbled, and more often than not inspired. So on Tuesday take some time out to celebrate yourselves, and other women who you know and love, raise a glass, lift a cup and recognise how wonderful we are.

Have a great week folks — look, move and feel good.

Exercise Of The Week
This week’s Exercise Of The Week is a sequence movement, dedicated to my Wednesday 6pm class who have just started to include it in their programme. It is a Roll Down Sequence.

I should just point out that it was cold when we filmed this video... Watch the video, then work at the appropriate level for your body.

Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

Your Whole Self
I love this quote below from someone who was a very inspirational international woman — Maya Angelou.

Make it your mission to thrive, be passionate, show compassion, find the humour, and show off your style.

All Reformer classes are running as planned this week. Most matwork classes are too, but the 9.30am class in Rempstone Village Hall on Friday 11 March is cancelled, and is re-scheduled for Friday 8 April.

Book a Catchup

If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, just follow the link to book it.

Simply tell us the class you will miss and —most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.

Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
