Countdown To Christmas — The DVDs!!!

Well, lots of you have been asking for it, and we’ve finally managed to do it…

Yes, all the routines that my fabulous Countdown To Christmas gang had in my infamous run-up-to-last-Christmas programme they all enjoyed in December have finally been brought together for anyone to buy, and enjoy in the comfort of your own home — just like the original Countdown To Christmas programme itself.

And you don’t need to wait till next Christmas to start! Santa’s Little Helpers have been busily squirrelling away with their computers and DVD burners to bring them to you NOW.
 
There are 2 DVDs to buy:
    •    Number 1 — with 5 HIIT, and 1 Relaxation Routine
    •    Number 2 — 6 Pure Pilates Routines.

The DVDs are priced at £10 each, or £16 for the two together. Prices include postage and packing, so they are delivered to your door by your friendly postman.

There’s more information about the DVDs on a special page we’ve put on the website, which you can see just by following this link here. Payment for the DVDs is covered on the website too. Once you’ve paid, your DVD will be in the post heading to you faster than you can say Santa Claus.

EMAIL ISSUES — STILL
We are still having issues getting some of our emails through to you if you have Hotmail, Outlook, or Live.com emails addresses. Our Newsletter may still reach you, but our individual emails are being blocked by Microsoft (which runs Hotmail, Outlook and Live) for some reason.

Frustrating as it is for us trying to run our business, there is absolutely nothing we can do about it. The answer is in your hands. Effectively you have to tell Microsoft that you want to receive our emails.

Keith has prepared an information sheet showing you what to do if you have a Hotmail, Outlook or Live email address, and it is attached to this Newsletter. just follow the instructions to make sure you get our emails...

Exercise Of The Week
This week’s Exercise Of The Week is a double leg stretch, it is one of Josie’s favourite exercises. It is a brilliant exercise for mobility in shoulders, knees and hips; stability and strength for deep core muscles including the muscles in the back and the legs.
 
I have demonstrated all levels in this video so you can choose the appropriate level for your body and practice, gradually progressing it through the week.

Book a Catchup

If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, just follow the link to book it.

Simply tell us the class you will miss and —most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.

Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
