Firstly a big thank you for everyone’s support, kind words, and love that have been shown to me over the last couple of weeks. I really appreciate it and feel very grateful to each and everyone of you.
Secondly, I am looking for some help. I am searching for a lovely venue where I could hold VIP days for those of you who may be interested in having a more bespoke programme for your own health and wellbeing.
Ideally the venue wouldn’t be too far away so travelling isn’t an issue, but be set in a nice environment, with access to refreshments — although this last bit could be sourced by other means! Anyway, if you know of anywhere which may fit this bill please let me know. We would need a room for exercise as well as a room for sitting and chatting and so on. I’m sure that one of you will know of at least one venue...
Have a fantastic week folks — keep looking, moving and feeling great.

Two videos this week you lucky, lucky people.
The first — link here
— looks at mobility for the pelvis and mid spine.
The second — link here — looks at stability for the pelvis and strengthening the stabilising muscles, challenging balance and alignment.
Work at the appropriate level for your
body.
Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

Having a healthy diet and exercising regularly are all part of enjoying a healthy life. This is a very basic statement and I can hear you all saying — well, that's obvious Jane — but actually it isn’t that obvious to a great many people.
I know from personal experience
that being healthy comes in many packages — and at the heart of being healthy is our happiness. For example, I have been skinny, I have been not-so skinny, I have been able to run marathons, and not able to run marathons, I have exercised my body every day of the week, and weeks where I have only been able to exercise on two days, I have eaten no carbs, I have eaten lots of carbs, I have done jobs I love and I have worked in jobs that I hate, I have had no financial worries and I have had lots
of financial worries, and so we go on.
So let us strip back what having a healthy and happy life should look like. Here's a few things to consider, things that are on my list:
- Having a roof over your head
- Having a warm bed to sleep in at night
- Having a loving family to share your life with
- Spending time with friends
- Being able to do the things that bring you joy and
happiness
- Living in the moment
- Being present now
- Loving your self
It isn’t until all these are in line that my life starts to feel healthy — and consequently happy — to me...
What things are on your healthy-happy list?

All classes are running fully this week, all in their correct venues, and all at their correct times and days.
Book a Catchup
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead,
just follow the link to book it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a
Catchup.
Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class Pilates Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link
here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best way to let Karen know.
