The Jane Thomas Pilates Newsletter
Hello
Happy New Year!

Looking forward to getting back to classes next week, but also our First Class Pilates Coach Training Course which starts this weekend. This is our first course where I will be training the trainers — which I am very excited about. It has been my dream for a long time to be able to officially help others to be become qualified to teach Pilates, and this weekend will be the start of our very own Pilates Coaching qualification... Can't wait to get started! This first First Class Pilates Coach Training Course is already fully booked, but we will be starting another later in the year, so get in touch if you know anyone who would like to become a Pilates Coach, or if it's something you'd like to consider for yourself

In other news our pre-Christmas 7 day online Be the Best You You Can Be special programme proved to be very popular in the week before Chrsitmas, so we have decided to make this available post-Christmas also for those of you who were unable to fit it in during the build up to the festive season. It is the perfect way to re-boot your healthy eating and activity levels if you are feeling a bit sluggish following the holiday period. Look out for this Programmes availability soon — 7 all-new daily workouts mixing power and Pilates, plus 7 days of healthy breakfasts, lunches and dinner ideas to get your body back on track. This will be launched in next week's Newsletter.
Have a fantastic week folks — keep looking, moving and feeling great.

We get the new year off to a sleepy start this week with only a handful of matwork classes. On Wednesday 4 January are five new Absolute Beginners free taster sessions — two in East Leake, and three in Loughborough. If you know anyone who might like to try out Pilates for free, please quickly get in touch here to book a space. Our Absolute Beginners Courses are the absolutely best way to start Pilates, and our free taster sessions are the best way to try Pilates with us for free, before you decide to join a course.

Catchup or lieu matwork classes are also in Hathern Village Hall and Rempstone Village Hall on Thursday 5 January, and Rempstone Village Hall on Friday 6 January.

Otherwise, all classes — matwork and Reformer — resume next week, and we're back up to a full timetable.

Book a Catchup

If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, just follow the link to book it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen know.

Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.

Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.

Finally, please don't just tell your class Pilates Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best way to let Karen know.
