Here at JTP HQ we have been planning some new events to take us through the Summer and into our new year which starts from September.

Firstly, we will be sending out our Summer timetable after the Easter break so you can book your summer classes.

Secondly, the special Masterclasses I ran just before Christmas were very popular and we have had a lot of requests to repeat them for those who were not able to attend. So we will be planning some into our calendar and you will be the first to know about them right here in our free weekly Newsletter.

Finally, for those of you who enjoy the Exercise Of The Week, and look forward to receiving it, I am planning a new programme which will bring my kind of Pilates right into your living rooms. This will mean you don’t have to wait each week, but you will have access to a new routine more regularly. In my quest to make Pilates a lifestyle choice I want to make our Pilates more available. It's exciting, it's going to be fun, it's going to provide freedom to exercise whenever you want, and it's all done with love.

Exercise Of The Week
I sent this Exercise Of The Week out a couple of months ago, but have been asked if I could repeat it. The video shows a great stretch for our hip flexors, some core stability work and a great stretch at the end for the glutes/piriformis.

Remember though to work at the appropriate level for your body. It is a short work out — just 6 minutes in length — so a great sequence to fit into your every day routine.

Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

Your Whole Self
This week I want you to be true to your self, be honest about your feelings, don’t be scared to show them.

If it affects you, it is important and it matters.

Just go and be you, because that is what we love.
The Week's Classes

All matwork classes are running this week, at the correct times and in the correct venues, but all Reformer classes have already broken up for Easter.


Book a Catchup

If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, just follow the link to book it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen know.

Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.

Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.

Finally, please don't just tell your class Pilates Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best way to let Karen know.
