By now you should all have booked your Summer Timetable classes, so I felt it was a good time to celebrate some of the recent feedback I have been receiving about our team of Pilates Coaches…

Firstly, it was lovely at our Pelvic Floor Health seminar Special Event last weekend for me to meet some of our JTP family who attend classes which aren’t my personal classes. I obviously see the names, so it was great to put some faces to those names. But what was so lovely was the positive feedback being given to me about the team — absolutely blooming marvellous — and I felt proud and thankful that I have such a great team of Coaches working with me to help provide the best possible Pilates experience.

One quote in particular is from one client who has been attending Mary’s classes for a year now. He said that when he first started he could not spend longer than 30 minutes in the garden without having to stop with back pain. Now after coming to class, just once a week, for a year, he can now spend four hours a day, two days consecutively, without any back pain.

I think this is a great testament to Mary as a Coach, to Pilates, and what can be achieved by you with consistent regular commitment to class. What a fantastic result!

This isn’t an isolated comment either: all the team are being recognised for their high standard of care and delivery in class, so I want to say congratulations to them and a great big thank you to them for their continued excellence and commitment to our JTP family.

Exercise Of The Week
Here's a 10 minute Pilates routine for those who are unable to get to a Summer Timetable class but want to keep up with their Pilates practise. Or for those who just want to do more Pilates at home, whenever they want.

Remember to work at the appropriate level for your body.

The Week's Classes

Week 2 of our Summer Timetable, so all but a couple of classes shown are now summer classes.

Make sure you check which summer class you have booked, and make sure the class is on here before you go. Don't turn up to a class that's not on, or go to one where's there's no room for you...

Book a Catchup

If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead, just follow the link to book it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen know.

Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.

Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.

Finally, please don't just tell your class Pilates Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best way to let Karen know.
