We are keeping the Newsletter short and sweet this week, so the first thing I want to announce is our Wellbeing and Movement Day that will be taking place on Saturday 6th January 2018.
We wanted to welcome in the New Year with an opportunity for everyone to try out some of the new classes we will be adding to our timetable next year. So the day will be full of taster sessions for you to book in to and try for
free.
The whole JTP team are really keen to introduce you to how we use Pilates principles to focus on different parts of our lives, so there will be Pilates for Pelvic Floor Health — our Diamond Pilates programme, Spine Safe and Back Care, Relaxation for Sleep, to name just a few samples of our sessions.
We will also have information about using Pilates for Recovery, imoveFreely which ties in with our Biomechanics packages, plus an opportunity
to try out the Pilates Reformer.
We will let you have more information over the coming weeks, but for now you just need to mark the date in your diary. All these sessions will be free of charge, and we hope you will be able to bring family and friends with you who you feel will benefit from finding out more about what we offer.
It is going to be a fantastic day, and I do hope you will take advantage of it.
