This will be our last Newsletter of 2017. As Christmas Day is one week from today, we will not be sending out a Newsletter as no one should be bothering with emails, phones, tablets on the big day — it should be totally about celebrating with family and friends and taking some time out for yourselves, not worrying about what everyone else is doing.
With this in mind on behalf of the JTP team, I just want to wish you all a VERY
HAPPY CHRISTMAS!
A big thank you and shout out to everyone who came to our classes, to our Studio and to our free additional events in 2017. You are all collectively what makes it all worthwhile to us. We look forward to continuing in 2018, bringing you all things Pilates, and working hard on helping you live a healthy and active life.

As our aim is to keep your bodies moving here is a routine for everyone to practise over the holiday season.
As with all our exercises, work at the appropriate level for your body and keep away from pain.
There are some
strong moves in this routine, so if you are relatively new to some of the exercises, focus on position, neutral spine, breathing and recruiting the all important deep abdominal stabilisers.
Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

Firstly I would just like to take this opportunity to apologise to everyone who I didn’t get to see last week at our last classes of the year. I just ran out of steam, and as I always try my hardest to be the very best I can be when I am teaching I realised that I wasn’t going to be able to achieve
it as the week progressed.
Thankfully, and I am truly grateful for this, I have a fantastic team of Coaches who are more than able to step in and cover for me.
With these thoughts in my head as I write this week’s Newsletter, I realised that there will be a number of people who also feel like they are beginning to run out of steam as we head towards the Christmas weekend.
So to everyone out there who feel
they are hanging on to the edge of the cliff by their fingertips, grab hold of a hand of help, accept with gratitude those who offer a helping hand, everything does not need to be perfect! Seven out of ten is more than enough for most of us, and — in fact — remember that you are MORE THAN ENOUGH!
Enjoy the break whatever and however you are choosing to spend it, and just have the most marvellous time.

Book a Catchup
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead,
just follow the link to book it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a
Catchup.
Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class Pilates Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link
here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best way to let Karen know.
