There are still some spaces left for our fantastic event coming up soon — Philippa Bottrill's Be You Transformational Workshop. Some of you will remember Philippa's previous mindset event for us a year ago.
Philippa's new Be You Workshop
is a fantastic FREE (to any client who comes to classes or the Studio with us) SESSION, that promises to offer a life-changing event for anyone lucky enough to be there.
There are two main parts to the Be You Workshop. First is a guided heart-based meditation which calms our minds, bringing our hearts and minds into a wonderful, relaxed, healing, coherent state where you will simply enjoy just Being You.
This will set us
up perfectly for the next part where Philippa introduces us to the concepts of Rapid Transformational Therapy. RTT is a unique therapy that gets to the root cause of peoples issues, enables them to release their old beliefs and re-wires the mind to ensure those new beliefs remain. Part of this is a safe 20-minute group hypnosis session on I Am Enough.

This week I send a mini-routine for you to work on while regular classes are on their half-term break.
Check the routine out and please work at the appropriate level for your body. I recorded this routine some years ago …. before I started to
eat the crusts on my bread ……
In the routine I show different levels to perform the exercises, so choose the correct level for you, and keep away from pain.
It was part of one of my online programmes called Be the Best You, You Can B … The programme ran for approximately 12 weeks. If you think you would be interested in having access to one of my online programmes please let me know, as I will be recording a new set of
routines to take us into the Spring/Summer.
Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

I am reaching out to a few of our JTP family who are having a tough time at the moment, either with illness themselves, or living with loved ones who are struggling.

consistent with our care, and we care about you. I just want you all to know that if you are going through difficult times we are thinking about you and sending you our love and support.

So do the Exercise of the Week! Then sit back, kick off your shoes, and relax...
Book a Catchup
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, and would like to book a space in another class instead,
just follow the link to book it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a
Catchup.
Please also let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchup system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class Pilates Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link
here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best way to let Karen know.
