Just a very brief reminder that we are still having email problems — getting our emails to your Inbox. Google's email system Gmail in particular is putting our emails into Spam or Junk Mail folders. Funnily this doesn't seem to be happening with the Newsletter (as it comes from a separate mailing list) — but all our personal JTP emails are affected.
Please keep checking your Spam or Junk Mail folders for our emails, and if you find them, mark them as Not Junk Mail. Hopefully Google will eventually get the message and start treating our emails correctly again.
The irritating thing is that this is all out of our control, and there is absolutely nothing we can do to correct this issue. It is a Google issue and in the interim the only thing we can do is to keep recommending to you all that you keep checking your Spam or Junk Mail folders for our emails. We do, however, apologise for the inconvenience.

I am very aware of the current drive to raise awareness about arthritis and how it can affect lives, so this week I have a video which looks at weight bearing into the wrists and arms.
The wrists are particularly vulnerable to arthritis so it is important that we keep mobility and weight bearing.
However, we do need to be mindful of pain, so I would advise not to do weight bearing when the hands and wrists are feeling particularly sore. As with all of our Exercises Of The Week, please work at the appropriate level for your body and keep away from pain.
Over the next couple of weeks I am going to look at exercises which are helpful to those joints that are susceptible to arthritis.
Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

I am going to ask the question this week — how are you all feeling?
It's the first week of December and we all know how quickly the next few weeks will go by as we enter into the world of festivities and celebrations. All classes — matwork and Reformer — are running as planned, all in their correct venues, at the correct days and times.
Book a Catchup/Missing Class
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, want to let us know or would like to book a
space in another class instead, just follow the link to register it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen and your class Coach know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important if you want to book a Catchup — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only
give us one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.
Please let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchups system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class class Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of
registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best and fastest way to let Karen know.
