Welcome to the new term folks, and a few changes … firstly — you may have noticed — your Newsletter has landed into your Inbox on a Sunday morning: so grab a cuppa, and maybe brekki, have a lie in and catch up with our news.
I thought that this earlier delivery of the Newsletter might help everyone register when their classes are during the following week, and if there are any changes that you need to be aware of you will be able to check before the week truly starts.
It might also encourage you to make some time and do the weekly Exercise Of The Week … why not?
So we are back to our full timetable of matwork classes this week, just to get us into the swing of things, then the Reformer timetable starts in full from week beginning 9 September.
Looking forward to seeing everyone, plus a huge welcome to all those who are joining us for the first time.
Have a great week folks — keep looking, moving and feeling good.

A mini routine to get you back into the swing of things this week. Let's just get our bodies moving and focus on the feeling this will give you.
This is a repeat of a workout I sent earlier in the summer but it received a lot of lovely feedback so I thought I would remind you and provide another opportunity to nurture your body.
As with every Exercise Of The Week, work at the appropriate level for your body and keep away from pain.
Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

This week I am borrowing from one of my great friends, Lillian Lartey, who is a Holistic, Natural Health and Well-Being Expert.
This is really just a list to encourage us to focus on self care, aimed at raising our energies.
- Cleanse the body of toxic build up and stale emotions to help with the flow of energy
- Process thoughts and low energy emotions. Avoid them getting stuck in the body
- Breathe. Every hour take in and exhale a few, deep, belly breaths to re-energise your system
- Eat high vibrational foods
- Stay hydrated throughout the day
- Connect with people who enhance your energy
- Avoid sitting for too long. Move your body every hour of the day
- Get outdoors into daylight
- Get the right amount of sleep your mind and body requires.
You can follow Lillian by searching for her Wellness for Purpose Facebook page — she is a very wise and wonderful woman.

All matwork are returning to a full timetable as of this week, all in their correct venues, at the correct days and times.
Reformer classes start back next week (other than Tanya's Wednesday morning 10am class, which is running this week).
Book a Catchup/Missing Class
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, want to let us know or would like to book a space in
another class instead, just follow the link to register it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen and your class Coach know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important if you want to book a Catchup — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us
one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.
Please let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchups system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class class Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering
your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best and fastest way to let Karen know.
