We find ourselves in the first week of November: classes are up and running again after our half-term break, and November means three things — Loughborough Fair, Remembrance Sunday, and Christmas is on its way!
As a heads up for everyone who attends sessions in Loughborough, particularly from Wednesday through to Saturday, there will be a lot of diversions around the town centre, so it may be worth while giving yourself a little extra time for your journey, so that you can avoid missing any of your class.
Remembrance Sunday is always a time for reflection. Inevitably I think about my Dad who was based in Burma during WW2. He never really spoke very much about his experiences, which I think is fairly common amongst war veterans, but when my sisters and I were clearing the house after Mum and Dad had died, we found all of his letters to Mum whilst he was there. These letters provided a pretty good picture of what he went through, as although he didn’t describe the action, he certainly
described his feelings and how emotional he felt about being away from our Mum. Thoughtful times.
Once the above two things are out of the way, we know that the shops will then bombard us with all things Christmas … love it or hate it … it will soon be upon us, so buckle up folks and get ready for the ride.
New Beginners Reformer Class(es)
We're starting another Beginners Reformer class this week. It's an early morning class (7.30am Tuesday 5 November), and there is just one space left if you are interested. This week's class is a Free Taster class.
An early morning Reformer class is the perfect way to start your day. Reply to this Newsletter — and include your mobile phone number — for further details and to book your space.
We also hope to start another Beginners Reformer class on Tuesday mornings, at 8.45am/9am shortly. Again, please just reply to this Newsletter — including your mobile phone number — for further details and to book a space for a Free Taster class (which will run just as soon as we can get four participants).
Have a great week folks, keep looking, moving and feeling the love.

So welcome another week, and another short routine for you to get your teeth into. I work through all positions in this routine, a combination of strength and stability challenge, stretch and mobility which works all around the whole body.
I show modifications so please work at the appropriate level for your body, keep away from pain and listen to your body and how it is feeling.
Feel the difference, move differently, and look more balanced.

My family have had a bit of a tough couple of years, and at times we have sat down together and asked — what is going to happen next...? How much more can we cope with?
This is probably a feeling that lots of us have felt at various stages in our lives, but what I am really amazed by is how indeed we do manage to cope.
I often talk about us all having an internal bucket that we need to keep topped up so we can get through our life. We need resources in our bucket to enable us to deal with all the unexpected things that life can throw at us, and I am always surprised by how much I can hold in my bucket. Sometimes my bucket seems to magically refill, because often when I think to myself that I cannot keep this going, I can somehow find enough in there to get us all through.
All I can think is that my bucket comes from my Mum and Dad, I think they had mahoosive buckets that they just ensured when I was young that one was installed in me.
I think at the bottom of our buckets my Mum and Dad made us believe that good stuff will always win, and the basis for all good stuff is love. They certainly had bucket loads of this, and I believe that this is what constantly replenishes my bucket.
So for anyone out there who feels like they have had enough, they have been through enough — find the good stuff, find the love, because that will refuel your bucket and give you enough to get you through.

Book a Catchup/Missing Class
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, want to let us know or would like to book a space in
another class instead, just follow the link to register it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen and your class Coach know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important if you want to book a Catchup — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us
one alternative, we cannot guarantee you will get a Catchup.
Please let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchups system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class class Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering
your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best and fastest way to let Karen know.
