Well, did you spot the
deliberate mistake in last week’s newsletter...?
Yes it's Loughborough Fair this week, so everything I mentioned last week applies this week ... doh!
Absolute Beginners Workshops
Our current Absolute Beginners Workshop comes to an end this week. For those who have been attending I hope you feel you have been given a great introduction to Pilates.
If anyone else is interested in joining us in this way please just let us know by replying to this Newsletter (including your mobile number) so we can get back to you with details about potentiial future Absolute Beginners Workshops.
Reformer Pilates
Our Reformer classes continue apace, and very well received by everyone who comes to them. We're now running an almost unbelievable 21 Reformer classes a week in our Loughborough Studio. The situation can change of course, but currently all 21 Reformer classes apart from two — the Thursday evening Reformer classes — are fully booked, so if you already come to our matwork Pilates classes but you're interested in trying a Reformer class to see how good they are and how they can boost your
Pilates, reply to this Newsletter (with your mobile number) for further information and the chance of a Free Taster class on a Thursday evening.
As our Reformer Pilates classes are so popular and full, we are regularly thinking about starting ever more new ones, and we do have a couple in the pipeline — specifically Tuesday mornings at 8.45am, and Wednesday lunchtimes at 12.30pm. These will initially be Beginners Reformer classes, suitable for anyone who already does matwork Pilates with us but wants to step up their Pilates experience, or anyone who has never done Pilates before. So if you're interested in
starting Reformer Pilates with us, please reply to this Newsletter (with your mobile number) for details of the new classes as they become available.
Have a great week folks — keep looking, moving and feeling good.

Today is Remembrance Sunday ....
When I was little, I was a Brownie and Remembrance Sunday meant a Parade day, and my everlasting memory was one year, how upset I was when my Mum made me wear dark green woollen tights which weren’t standard Brownie uniform.
My official ones hadn’t been washed. I was so cross with Mum and upset that I would get into trouble with Brown Owl, and also stand out in the group because I would look different.
I did get into trouble with Brown Owl, but I got over it, and actually thinking back my “pack” didn’t even notice my tights were green.
I suppose what I am trying to say, is that — in the great scheme of things — what was important on that day, and every Remembrance Sunday, was not the colour of my tights, but the fact that people were gathering together to pay tribute and remember what had happened in our past to bring us to this point in our lives.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old: Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn.
At the going down of the sun and in the morning, we will remember them.

Book a Catchup/Missing Class
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, want to let us know or would like to book a space in another class instead, just
follow the link to register it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen and your class Coach know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important if you want to book a Catchup — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot
guarantee you will get a Catchup.
Please let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchups system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class class Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best and fastest way to let Karen know.
