Half term break is over and classes are back to normal this week, so check the timetable and lets get back into our Spring term.
A new absolute beginners course will be starting in March, so if you want to be introduced to Pilates practice in a micro group setting, where teaching is focused on individual needs, please get in touch.
Thank you everyone for being patient regarding my classes. The good news is that my Monday and Friday Hathern classes will resume next week and Jenny will be teaching them until Keith is out of hospital and back home. Originally there were no classes scheduled for 9th and 13th March, but there WILL NOW be classes on those dates to make up for cancelled classes last week. So please make a note of these in your diary. Zoe will be covering Jenny’s Monday evening reformer classes during this
time.
ALERT!
With the ongoing issues in the news regarding the coronavirus, we would really appreciate if you could all start bringing your own towels to class if you use one for head support regularly - I am sure you will understand that whilst we as a team bring towels for general use in class, it may be better if you could bring your own at this time. Hand sanitiser will also be available at the studio. The general advice is that if you are feeling ill, don’t come to class .... we want to follow national
guidelines so that we work on keeping everyone healthy.
EOTW:
Lets look at two videos this week for everyday movement. These sequences will only take a few moments of your day, but could make a difference to how you feel and move for the whole day. As with every EOTW please keep away from pain and work at the appropriate level for your own body.
YOUR WHOLE SELF:
Showing gratitude is such an important part of living a truly happy life.
I am showing a lot of gratitude at the moment, because I have a lot to be grateful for. The teachers who work with me for being supportive, kind and allowing me to lean on them, Karen for her undying loyalty and kindness, but also everyone who comes to our classes because even those people who I don’t regularly teach have been sending me well wishes.
I am truly grateful for this level of support and this also helps Keith to know that I am being thought of in this way.
As I write this, Keith remains in hospital, and this will be for at least another two weeks, and, whilst he is making progress, it is going to take some time before things return to ‘normal’. I just want to say THANK YOU to everyone who has been in touch sending good wishes and love, I really appreciate it. Apologies if I haven’t replied individually but I am very grateful for your support.
As we move into another week, keep healthy, keep moving and have a good week.

Book a Catchup/Missing Class
If you know you will have to miss a class in your course for any reason, want to let us know or would like to book a space in another class instead, just
follow the link to register it. Our Glamourous Assistant Karen runs the Catchups system, and this link is the quickest, most direct means (it's even faster than emailing her!) of letting Karen and your class Coach know.
Simply tell us the class you will miss and — most important if you want to book a Catchup — please give us as many alternatives as possible. If you only give us one alternative, we cannot
guarantee you will get a Catchup.
Please let us know if you will miss your class but don't want a Catchup — the whole Catchups system relies on knowing when spaces will occur.
Finally, please don't just tell your class class Coach you will be missing a class, as your Coach is not aware of Catchups spaces and has no means of registering your space. Karen needs to know, and the link here (it's also at the bottom of our website too) is the best and fastest way to let Karen know.
