Firstly I just want to thank everyone who responded to last week’s YOUR WHOLE SELF. I really appreciate you taking the time and I am gradually replying to each and everyone of you.

I always sit and write my Newsletters on Fridays, and this week I wanted to keep it short and sweet for the holiday weekend, but as I can ‘talk for England’ — as Keith often reminds me — it's always a bit tricky, but here goes…

When driving through Quorn on Friday, we bumped into this little fellow above ... bold as brass posing for photos on someone’s drive ... how wonderful and amazing to see a fox in broad daylight, not caring a button about being spotted. So here is a quote from a lovely book The Boy, the Mole, the Fox and the Horse, by Charlie Mackesy.

To be honest, I often feel I have nothing interesting to say, said the fox

Being honest is always interesting, said the horse

Enough said!!!

It's Easter, so here is this week’s reduced online Live class timetable. As usual, links to all Live classes are on the members jtp.zone website.

Friday 8am — Kickstart With Jane for a little longer — 30mins in Zoom
Saturday 9.30am — Morning Movement With Jane — 45mins in Zoom

Live classes back to normal next week, but remember that all members have full access to all recorded classes on the jtp.zone website.

Start at the ABC

Exercise Of The Week

A little shoulder bridge sequence for you to work on mobility and articulation of the spine, together with some gluteal strengthening and hip mobility.

Additional bonus with this sequence is that you get to connect with each side of the body independently, so you can check out your dominant side and ask the weaker side to start stepping up and doing some work.

As with every Exercise Of The Week, work appropriate for your own body and keep away from pain.
