I think throughout this last year we have all experienced things that we could never have dreamed of, situations where we have been confined to our own homes, not being able to see family and friends, not being able to do the things that we probably took for granted.
But now we are looking forward to getting more freedom back and lots of people can’t wait and are looking forward to getting back into the real world. If nothing else the last year has given us all time to think a little more about life, how we live it, our thoughts, our feelings and perhaps the time we have had, away from friends and family and
normality as we knew it.
We may have realised there are things we want to change particularly if we feel it’s affecting how happy or content we feel.
We may feel our anxiety levels have increased and we want to do something about that. Or we may feel our confidence has been affected by being stuck at home and the thought of going out again isn’t filling us with joy.
My Self-Care mini-series will aim to look at some of these issues and we will work together to find strategies to change how we think, how we feel, our thoughts and actions and look at how we can learn to tune in more to what makes us happy.
It starts this Saturday — 8.45am in Zoom — 30 minutes. Bring a pen and notebook, your favourite morning brew, and this week we will look at gratitude and I will share with you some of the things I have been using that are helping me as a result of working with a Mindset Coach and studying my degree in performance psychology.
The Zoom link to join the session is on the jtp.zone members website BUT if you aren’t a member and want to join me for this session just reply to this email to receive the link personally.
See you there,
Jane xx
